Delivery Times

Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to accept the goods, incorrect delivery details have been provided, or access to the property is restricted, additional delivery charges may apply for any re-delivery attempts.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that accurate delivery information is provided when placing an order.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Although we make every reasonable effort to deliver orders on time, certain circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery schedules. Bulk and Commercial Deliveries
For commercial projects, large construction sites, or bulk material orders, we may arrange specialist delivery services to ensure materials arrive safely and efficiently.
Customers should ensure that sufficient space and appropriate equipment are available for unloading heavy goods where necessary. If site-specific delivery requirements exist, these should be discussed with our team before dispatch.
Missing or Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the goods and packaging to assist with our investigation.
Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Collection Service
